| i think this is the longest i have ever gone on here without updating. almost 4 months. dang!
well, sorry to break the news to you guys, but i think im done with xanga. ill still keep it up, and ill probably still read, comment, and MAYBE post from time to time...but i just dont feel like it anymore. this has been a great outlet for news, venting, or whatever for the last nearly 5 (!) years, but i dont have time anymore and i dont really care about it anymore.
i got a new apartment and its awesome.
God is GREAT and thats all that matters to me.

| mood: tired as crap
so it has officially been a month since i have updated. sorry about that. its been a busy month. the new job has been great. my family vacation to tennessee was great. the band has been great. andy is getting married tomorrow. im excited for him.
ITC played a show tonight and i thought i was going to puke during our set. its been a long day. im going to bed.

so, a lot has happened in the last week or so.
first off, I GOT THE PROMOTION! i am now (well, starting monday) the display artist for urban outfitters columbus. that means i just get to make stuff all day, and get paid 40% more to do it. awesome. such a blessing.
second, my new band IN THA CUT recorded a demo last weekend, as well as played our first show. i think for one day, at the price we paid, the demo turned out great. im not too into the lyrical message (beware if you listen...lots of cussing and such), but i am having a lot of fun playing with these dudes.
yeah, its been a good week, busy, but good.

im still waiting on finding out if i will be the display artist at urban.
easter was good. didnt focus a whole lot on secular easter. i tried to focus most of my thoughts on the resurrection of jesus. easter was a lot more powerful to me than in years past because of this.
but dont get me wrong, im going to raid cvs for some SALE EASTER CANDY this week!
the weather has been beautiful. nice and sunny or awesome and stormy. the temperature has been good as well.
IN THA CUT is recording a four song demo on saturday. get ready to mosh to it in your bedrooms.
this past month has been one of the busiest of my life.

wow. i just woke up. this was the first time in like two weeks that i was able to sleep in. and boy did it feel good.
some sweet stuff has been happening. last week i got a job doing some freelance design for the marketing department for express stores. that was incredible. today i have my final interview to be the display artist at urban outfitters, which would mean higher pay, WAY better hours, and i would never have to help customers.
also, i got a new car last week:
its a 95 jetta. i got it for 500 bucks! crazy!
i think thats it. hope everyone is doing well.
